Arctic Glacier Premium Ice

Absolute horrendous customer service. Never using them again. Takes weeks and weeks for delivery and super unreliable, rather start making my own ice at home. When I call, the workers always have a bad attitude. Dont recommend.

Worst company to work with. I am sick and tired of letting it go & being cool about this company. I have placed an order 3 times with their dumb automated robot & its been weeks with no ice. I called to speak with a real person & apparently the orders never went through. What is the the point of having a flawed system? When I spoke with the person over the phone they honestly did not give a about our store having no ice. He said youll get it by the end of the week. Thats what theyve been saying for the passed few weeks! Its Fall! No way they are THAT busy anyways. To put the cherry on top, all their employees always always always have a bad attitude & we are insanely nice to them to try and turn their attitude around. They never rotate the ice unless we ask and even if we ask we get attitude back! oH tHeReS sTilL 10 bags left so??? Just rotate them real quick! Youre putting in 40 new ones!!! Super over Artic Glacier we are looking to switch ice companies. Sorry but not sorry that I had to leave the biggest Karen review of 2022. 10/10 would not recommend & if I could rate negative stars I would. All for some ice man. So sad.

This company is totally unreliable in their delivery. Even if you schedule delivery for weekly they will not show up. Their customer service is even worse and does not follow up or follow through on on what they say they will do. I do not recommend them. The best I can say about them is the ice is frozen. It is not the drivers that are to blame. The blame starts at the top.
