Went to the Galva-con event and it was a joke for $5 admisson very disappointed.

Room and desk service exceptional. Having a Keurig in room unexpected bonus. Breakfast options are in house restaurant. This is the only downfall to location/experience. We opted with the purchase breakfast buffet and we're there fairly early (7 a.m.). All hot food in warming trays (scrambled eggs, sausage links, bacon, potato, French toast) were cold. Across the board cold. At this time I discourage anyone from purchasing this option

I did not stay at this hotel. They are hosting an event by a company who says they are Tradebloc out of Dallas Texas. I attended a seminar there today. At the end they asked for a nearly $8000 00 upfront fee for a assistance exiting from a timeshare. This exact show they put on, is described over and over on the internet as fraudulent. I attempted to leave with the documents they gave me to put my payment information on, Cade the guy putting on the show got very nervous acting like he was going to call the police if I left with them. This upset my wife greatly so I verified I hadnt put any personal information on the forms and left them. I believe in hindsight that he feared the forms could cause legal trouble if taken out of the control of the group. The average age of those at the seminar was well into retirement. Not positive its a scam but it fits all of the signs.
