Location, location, location! Its the best thing about this hotel. Its in a safe location not far off the freeway and convenient to lots of restaurants and shopping. There is a Chick-fil-A and a Texas Roadhouse directly across the street. There is a plaza behind the hotel with Hobby Lobby, Target and a sporting goods store. (Close enough could actually walk there) The parking lot was well-let and we had no trouble finding a parking spot. There were a few negatives such as the price being too high, hard bed, and fake eggs at breakfast, but overall, it was a decent hotel. We paid $146 after taxes for a one night stay (Saturday). I think it was about $20 overpriced. Because of the price, we may try out a different hotel on the same street on our way back from Aspen. If it was priced a little lower, would definitely come back. Here are the pros and cons, not in any particular order. Pros: 1. Location 2. Pillows (fluffy and soft) 3. Queen size beds rather than double 4. Plenty of outlets to charge electronics 5. Breakfast open till 10 AM- fully stocked 6. Breakfast area very nicely set up with tall ceilings, windows, and plenty of seating 7. Clean 8. Employee at breakfast- friendly and hard-working. Greeting you with a perky Good morning, offered to throw your trash away when seeing it in your hands, kept breakfast area and tables very clean, breakfast was kept stocked. 9. Quiet Cons: 1. Fake eggs at breakfast 2. Beds are firm (negative for me) 3. Ceilings VERY low in every part of the hotel with the exception of breakfast area 4. Smoking area right at the front doors- have to walk through a waft of smoke when coming inside 5. Two Elevators extremely small 6. Indoor Pool was not open!!! 7. Only one sink in room and it was inside the bathroom- not an issue for just one or two people. But this is a huge negative for a family of 4 traveling together, like us. A lot of hotels are updating with the sink outside the bathroom- this is great as one person (or two if double sinks) can be getting ready for bed while someone else takes a shower. We had a hard time making it work with all of us trying to get ready for bed with one sink in the bathroom. Not a deal breaker if the price is right, but since it was priced high, we will probably look for one that that has a different bathroom arrangement when we head back from Aspen. 8. Slightly dated. The carpets in the rooms could probably be replaced and the wallpaper was peelings in a few places. The bathroom vanity has a pretty granite top and room and bathroom very clean, so overall still a nice feel, but with just a few upgrades, could be a lot nicer. Overall, it was a nice clean hotel in a good part of town with a decent breakfast that was priced a little high. I would give it 3.5 stars, but since I cant do half stars, I will give it 4 stars on account of the location, cleanliness, and keeping the breakfast stocked and the lovely gentleman working in the breakfast area.

In town for a funeral and the staff went the extra mile helping us. They allowed us to have a late check out (thanks Andrew) and even moved our bags so we could spend more time with family (thanks Geri). Every person we encounter was quality- the gentlemen who ran breakfast helped us with our dietary restrictions (Dennis and someone else) Just amazing amazing staff!
