        When my mom entered hospice, we had no idea how little time we had left, but hospice was able to address comfort care in a way the hospital could not. My folks live a considerable distance from town but it was relief for all of us to know assistance was just a text/call away. Our nurse, Joann, was compassionate, funny and honest in a way that set us as ease. Joann was a great advocate and support to my Dad in the immediate shock of my mom's passing. We cannot thank Traditions enough for the compassion and care received in our short time (one month) my mom was in hospice care.

        Serenity came into our lives when things were scary and confusing and we were no longer able to provide Mom with the care in her home she deserved. They provided the medical experience and knowledge we did not have and were able to guide us, explain what could be expected and lead us through. All of this was done with hearts wide open, and a love and compassion we could have never anticipated. They all made sure our family and Mom was treated with love, dignity, respect and prayer to the end. That allowed for a beautiful "until we see you again....".

        I cannot express enough our sincere appreciation for what the nurses did for our mother in her final days here. They were so wonderful with loving, sincere devotion to her needs. On her final day here they gave her a bath with new clothes, hair all done up pretty & even had perfume on to meet Jesus later that eve. What great gals to show their love & attention. They treated her like it was their own mother they were tending to. They were a great help to my sisters who mom was living with & gave them comfort in knowing they could call & count on them to show up. God bless such loving people caring for those who can't care for themselves. If & when you are in need for services please consider them...you won't be sorry.
