The Glass Doctor promised me a glass pane for my home in December 2022. Never delivered and lied throughout. I paid half almost $200 up front and they promised a refund in April 2023 that has never been provided. Unprofessional and unethical business. Owner has lied to me multiple times. They estimated delivery February 2023. At that time an installer came to my house and turned my broken window inside out. Why?!? Said the glass they had ordered didnt fit and they would make it in their shop - a lie - they dont make argon filled double panes in their shop - and come back the next week. After multiple calls over the next couple months they finally assured me my glass had come in. Another lie. A missed appointment in April 2023 and after multiple calls again they finally showed up at my house - Measuring tape and notebook in hand which seems odd if they were there to install glass. Because they had NO GLASS and lied about having it. They should have just told me they screwed up and didnt order it. Failure to take any accountability and threw their first installer under the bus. Which is also a lie, because Ive been communicating directly with the owner the whole time. I complained and they agreed to provide a refund of my down payment. Another lie. I have not received a refund and they didnt answer my call this time. I have no other recourse and want to warn others NEVER use this business.
