        I just don't understand why these people can't just work with you when you have clearly defined payment issues most of the times caused by their system or explanations they themselves gave. At least once a year it's the same thing unless I have a designated account just for them. I need to go back to that apparently. It's just trouble and you can never get anyone on the line who can actually work with you explain and have the power to make any changes. Crooked.....and I would not used the service if it wasn't the only option.
