Every time I order online I end up waiting anywhere from 30-60 minutes AFTER I arrive for a small order. 5 pc chicken, 2 potatoes & 2 rolls pre-made. They NEVER have any other chicken than breast then we're told we have to wait an additional 15 minutes for the chicken to cook. I've literally been asked to pull up from the drive thru & forgotten about for 30 minutes & have to go in & ask for them to find my order. This visit was a 50 minute wait for an online order. The young man that's working the counter is always nice. These people need more help. This has been happening for at least 1 1/2-2 years. MESSAGE TO THE OWNER: HIRE SOME HELP!!!!!!!! I highly recommend NOT using the online ordering system. Go in and order what they MIGHT have cooked. Back in the day we were afraid of actually being fired for not motivating. They have one kid taking orders, filling orders & fighting his way to the back in order to run the French frier. They need more help. I can absolutely see why people lose their tempers in these places. I've given this place 3 chances since my hour king drive thru wait thinking they'll get better or hire more help, I'm done. The owner gives folks a job, pays them which takes care of them. They in turn should take care of their job & customers in a timely manner. Which in turn takes care of the owner & the business. If that doesn't happen the business fails. The employees & owner no longer have a way to support each other. MEANING NO BUSINESS & NO JOB ! Do y'all see how that works. There's clearly something causing these long waits.
