        Horrible choice I tried to do business with this law firm nobody ever answers the phone or have common decency to return your calls. Lady I think you toot your own horn too much I stated what I said because its the truth! Youve never tried to return my call. Good for you your getting lots of business but to try to cover your tracks when a person leaves you an honest review says a lot about your character, I will tell you yes a large big city law firm would probably be better choice for me ? I never thought I see a professional get upset that a person would leave them a god honest review just to cover their rear so sad

      We have never failed to return a call within 48 hours of a message being left. Often when we return phone calls we get voicemail or a message that person's voicemail is full or not set up and there is nothing we can do about that. There is also a clear message on our answering system directing all callers who are interested in becoming new clients to visit our website and complete a short form to determine if we will be able to assist. Currently, we are only handling family law cases in Sedgwick County, Kansas due to our very high caseload. Fortunately, we have a large number of calls each day and being a very small firm we do our best to answer and return calls as quickly as possible. We give great attention to our current clients and are probably working hard on their cases when you are leaving voicemails, but we NEVER fail to return calls. You may be happier reaching out to a larger firm if you want to have a secretary to talk to on demand. We wish we could help every person who wants to become a client, but of course, that is not possible. It is unfortuntate that a person would feel the need to punish a business for having too many people reaching out for help, which clearly evidences our firm is not a horrible choice. Especially when the person leaving this review has clearly never experienced the extraordinary level of service we provide once a person becomes a client.
