I would give 0 stars but it want let me.staff was nice but dentist was very rude and it was a frustrating experience. he act like he didnt want to do anything and every time I go they give me a different dentist and every one says something difference.

I always feel valued as a customer when visiting the west office. There hasn't been a single occasion where the staff didn't try and make me comfortable. It is also worth noting that I have experienced the least amount of discomfort out of any dental practice I've ever been to. I believe in part this is a result of new and better dental techniques, but I also feel like Wichita Family Dental is extremely good at what they do. Thanks for the quality care.

Everyone was so friendly! Lauren did a great job numbing me for my filling. I didn't feel a thing!

I found this place like many others... google and saw that the reviews were fantastic. Now i know most people will see this and think that they are fake reviews and they would be wrong. I called for a tooth that was starting to hurt, and the receptionist was friendly and ready to help me. They got me in just two days later.
At the appointment, they all were extremely personable and talked me through every step that they were taking. They took some x-rays while I was there to see how deep the problem was and showed me the amount of decay and how far it went into the tooth.
They then informed me that I would have to have a root canal and asked if I wanted to schedule for another day or if I wanted to do it today.
At that point, I was handed off to some senior staff and the doctor. And let me just say they were compassionate and considerate the entire time.
I will not be looking for another dentist as the dentist and staff here are top-notch.
10/10 recommend to friends, family, neighbors, and strangers.
