Frt desk checkin gal is great. They all are.dr farhoud is top notch. Hes worked on me twice. Pretty sure saved my life both times. What more can i say. Jeff bell.

The front desk gal was the best of them all. She explained paperwork like a pro. The rest could use nicer bedside manner. Price was too high to be told nothing is wrong with me.

From the moment we walked thru the Door to walking out Dr. Shaheen's staff and surgical center support were comforting, professional and focused in my husband's procedure. One thing I like is he was not exposed to a larger hospital setting with hundreds of other ill, people. He was in a sterile environment, small enough to maintain as sterile and large enough to provide all capability required for a positive outcome. Thank you all. Colonel B in and I are thankful. Had a stent placed. Check-in was great. Quick, simple, I had all the documentation I needed, they had everything I needed to sign. The care nurses that got me all prepped, knew what they were doing, and it showed, I sprung a "leak" at the place they used to enter to place the stent. When I let me know, you'd of thought I was the only person in there. there were three nurses there before I even let go of the call button. I'm no little guy, and probably been in more physical alterations than I should have, but when that nurse grabbed ahold of me and applied pressure, my eyes crossed, and she didn't let go. I'm pretty sure that little lady has one heck of a handshake. I'm very pleased with the care I received and would highly recommend their services to anyone needing this type of care.
