        My son has made contact with you many times for buying a new very expensive pool cue and never got a reply. Then was able to go to the store in person and decided not to buy anything because the people were rude and very unprofessional. You think that they would be more helpful if someone was getting ready to spend 8 or $900. He even spoke to the owner and he never replied either.
