This has been a while ago, but I went with him for my divorce in 2011. We agreed on what he would fight for. One day, I was working, when I got a call from my (ex)wife asking if I was going to show up for court. He hadn't told me about the court date, and he didn't show up himself. If she hadn't called me, and allowed me to work something out with her, the court would have defaulted to her, which would have been a gigantic hit for me. I honestly thought a guy like this would've stopped practicing by now... but, alas, he's still around. I wouldn't go to this guy for anything. Buyer beware!!

Mr McIntyre is by far the WORST attorney in Wichita. This guy doesnt like to show up to your court dates. He doesnt answer calls or return calls. He just takes that money up front and runs. His people that works for him are just as bad. Hes a big waste of your money take my advice and find a different attorney to hire

I want to inform everyone that James has passed away we lost our money and probably won't see it again but just know he took it to the grave... sorry everyone there is no reason to reach out to him...Thank You!

worst office ever rude and hard to reach. Doesn't answer the phone and will take your money and ignore you after.
