Took my car to get oil leak fixed and $4000 dollars later it was still leaking oil, wouldn't text back, wouldn't answer my questions and would always try to change the subject, cracked my valve covers wich ended costing me more money, very bad and unprofessional work would not recommend way over priced and unreliable. Very unprofessional to put a customer's phone number in public when permission wasn't giving to do so that's invading of privacy, and long story short took it for a oil leak fix whether car needed alot of work or not it still leaked oil after job was supposedly done.

I have a few things to respond to this.Yes we have records of you coming in, but it was well over 3 years ago, and myself as the owner have heard NOTHING from you since. If there was an issue we would be more than happy to take a look at it. The number listed on this drop off form from 01/07/21 is 3165191227, i have no texts from this number, ever. If i remember correctly the car was supposed to come back in once other parts arrived and we never saw you. Also, we did a longgg list of repairs to this car, not just valve covers, to say we did just that for $4000 is a complete lie. And my technician Jake that worked on your car at the time definitely did not crack them. And if he somehow did, we would gladly take care of it but have never heard from you. To post this 3 years later is wild, our shop phone number is 3162397355, and my personal number is 3162857658.The car that came in was a 2007 Cadillac STSV in one of the worst mechanical shapes i've ever seen, here we have SOME of the notes on it-oil leaks- cleaned engine trans and sunframe, found oil leak at oil pan gasket, valve cover gasket, amd transmission pan gasket, serpentine belt squeaks replace with tensionerVehicle does not start- installed new battery, pulled upwards on positive battery connection to starter cable and vehicle started, loose connection at starter, starter is under intake plenum, would require removal with necessary gaskets and hardware (which we did and fiXed it)steering and suspension noise- noise from steering column to rack joint, tie rods and struts the passenger pop at full lock rightCheck engine light on for ehft message intermittently, airbgas lights on, 02 sensor codes, throttle bod circuit codes, long list of bcm codes. This is just from our initial inspection, i believe we also did the motor mounts on it too. Now i'm hearing you cold the car and someone else is having these issues which has nothing to do with us.

Needed major work done on my Suburban, DOD Delete, cam work, etc Levi was one of the few mechanics recommended to me to correctly complete the job. I couldnt be happier with the outcome. Vehicle runs great and is dependable again. Levi kept me fully updated and communicated all aspects of the job throughout the process. I also received pictures as the work was being done. Very professional, direct and honest. I believe my vehicle was correctly fixed and wasnt taken advantage of with needless fixes or recommendations. I have become a lifelong customer.

Brought my BMW m5 to get tuned, specifically told Levi thats all it needs no hardware, nothing, just a stage 2 tune. MHD was already in the system so all he needed to do was upload the tune. Somehow took him five hours and it cost me $2,007.00. Which is bonkers. Stage 2 tune for an f series is a couple hundred so this had me absolutely shocked. There were issues like a lose bolt for the charge coolers that he pointed out, but could never put it back? Too much work? But yet it took five hours. Thats not the worst of it. I kept on asking for licensing information so I know the tune is on the car that way Ill be able to check everything, three months later still nothing. Levi says the email and password for the license doesnt exist, its linked to his apple ID honestly not my problem, give the customer what they came for. I came out with nothing but negative $2007. CompleteIy unprofessional. Advise everyone with a bmw to stay away from here. His own words: its a small business, I really need the money.

First offThe level of lies in this review, nothings correct. Where do I start? First I’d like to note to anyone reading this, Mr. Tuszynski here has only left a bad review after he filed a chargeback and lost his dispute (meaning my company won after we proved we didn’t do anything wrong).You didn’t bring the car in to tune, you brought the car into diagnose. Where we smoke tested, removed unneeded items, tested multiple things and eventually determined that you needed a tune. And also fixed other stuff. We have records of all of this, to include screen shots, photos, records of it all, us working on the car, you picking it up, and so forth. We also figured out multiple other issues, to include your car needing potential valve stem seals, and also fuel evap system leaks causing a CEL. The list goes on..Also, what are you complaining about? You lied and said you never received goods or services and DID A CHARGEBACK. Literally the lowest thing you could do, I also asked you to come by the shop multiple times so we could go over this and resolve whatever issue you have, which you also never did. I have messages to prove this as well. Also. It cost over $1000 in licensing and credits to tune that at my cost, not just a couple hundred dollars like you think, that’s just the credit, not the licensing part with MHD (or vice versa) and I have the records to show this as well. You have lied through your teeth the entire time on this, and I have records of it all, but I’m the bad guy here? Absolutely not. There’s 3 sides to every story, but you have nothing to complain about. Your car was tuned, and diagnosed properly. I even offered to give you a spare phone since the tuning is linked to my iPhone, and you still never came by but here you are leaving me a bad review? If anyone reading this lie of a review would like proof of my claims I have evidence of it all. Your exact words, prior to bringing it to me you paid another shop $13k and nothing was fixed. Don’t take your mistakes out on me. Ultimately we have nothing to discuss, and yes, you attempted to steal from a small veteran owned business, which is about as low as it goes.
