Aaron got my car into the shop within a couple days after my accident, which I was so grateful for because the damage was so ugly on my car. Although I didnt get updates unless I myself called, the overall service was really good. When I picked up my car, it looked just like new and they even vacuumed and washed my car! They are great and if I am having to need service again(which I hope I wont for any type of damage), I will definitely be going to them again

I have used Carstar in the past and I had a small bumper repair early this year and appreciated the service. Jordan helped make the process smooth and easy. Subsequetly, there were 2 different issues with sensors that didn't operate. I finally got my Tahoe back in about 10 months after the initial repair when Aaron took care of it. They even washed my very dirty vehicle. Though the sensors were not working initially they took responsibility and fixed it no questions asked and went the extra mile. Great customer service. sold my car less then what they are claiming on my insurance claim. Thanks for screwing me again. I was told by the Ray the Owner it wouldn't be higher than what they bought it for. I was treated so poorly at this company, telling me lies from the get-go. So, if you're driving it as loaner or bought a 2016 Chevy Cruze LT (black) please be careful driving. It was hit hard on driver side by a drunk driver..
