SunSTONE Apartment Homes at Fox Ridge

I have lived here over a year now and the apartment complex offers positive amenities. My number one is the location in relation to different businesses and restaurants. The office staff is always happy to help. I am not a fan of the additional trash service fee which is not optional but overall is a quiet and nice place to live.

I have lived here three years and have been very happy here. Office staff is courteous and quick to help fix whatever is needed. I feel safe here and the apts are spacious . Neighbors very friendly and we have a good time at the pool !!!

SunStone is a great apartment complex. The location is awesome - close to restaurants and retail shopping - just about anything you need is within a mile or less. The apartments are modern, spacious and garages are offered as an added option. Amenities include a pool, exercise room, party center and a dog park for animal lovers. The office staff is very friendly and maintenance is responsive if needed. Sandi, the property manager, was especially helpful with my move in and continues to be very supportive. One thing that makes SunStone stand out, are the efforts made to engage with the residents. Sandi and the staff provide parties, promotions and fun filled holiday events. I am happy to call SunStone Apartments home and highly recommend the property to anyone!

Hello - It is important for me to share an update as a Sunstone Apartment resident. I have been a very satisfied and happy Sunstone tenant since 2019 and thought it was important to share that five years later, I am still extremely glad to call Sunstone my home. The amenities that Sunstone has to offer are wonderful - the valet trash service is so convenient and a huge benefit! I also love the workout facility in the Sunstone clubhouse. Having brand new gym equipment there in the clubhouse enabled me to cancel my YMCA membership. I literally just walk across the parking lot and can work out at my own leisure. The complex is safe, the neighbors are friendly and I have always, always felt a sense of community here as a resident. The swimming pool area is a blast during the summer months! The swimming pool area is always pristine and clean. I also love the fact that sunstone goes out of its way to host fun holiday events and ways to engage with the residents - either at Halloween, March Madness, St Patrick's Day, Christmas, Easter and everything else in between. Can't express enough how happy I am to be a Sunstone tenant!
