        Well isn't this ridiculous we went out of town and my neighbor was here while they fixed my washer. We get home tonight and the washer washed 1 load and downey didn't even go in the washer and it then washer quit again. I've had problems with my washer since February 26,2024 and I still don't have a working washer here I go again to laundry matt tomorrow this sucks I don't recommend A&E to anyone ever. Terrible technician and can't fix a washer. I'm one pissed off customer. Now I need to call again and probably wait another 2 weeks for technician and then to order parts for it again. A&E you should care more about your customers. Trudy

        I was frustrated that there was no way to message company except to cancel or reschedule my appointment. First day my appointment time was changed several times then rescheduled! Next day my appointment times were changed multiple times then rescheduled! Third day my appointment time was changed multiple times then a miracle! The technician arrived. I was ready to file a better business bureau complaint.
