Bling Glamour Topeka

Today was the first time I had stopped at Bling to see what they had in stock. I browsed the store for 10 minutes while the two employees were chatting. I assume the manager was one, as she complained about her staff and the scheduling. The team didn't greet me or offer to help. One of the ladies did tell me to have a good day on my way out the door. Honestly, I didn't acknowledge her, which is not how I like to treat people, but I gave her a little dose of her own medicine. You expect to be ignored at a box store but not at a boutique.

Beautiful store and clothes but twice Ive been in their staff has not been friendly and poor customer service while looking around I was being watch closely. When I ask for a fitting room employee rolled her eyes, shook her head and snatch the clothes for me and assist me to the fitting room. When it was time to check out. Employee was telling me about the return policy but told me. our exchange policy has changed. You have 15 days to return it for an even exchange or get your money back. After 15 days it goes on store credit. Couple days later, I decided to return a dress I got. The employee ( same one that check me the first time) told me you can look around or I can just put it on your store credit. I was confused. Told her what she had told me about the exchange policy. She got an attitude. She slammed down the receipt in my face and circle. The policy ALL SALES ARE FINAL. You have 15 days to do an even exchange OR store credit after 15 days it will be placed on a gift card. Wish she wouldve told me the right way the first time. I definitely dont feel comfortable shopping here and wish I can get my money back.

I had shopped in here before and liked the store, so I applied for a job. I came in for an interview. The lady was very disorganized and didn't seem ready at all. The entire time she kept looking me up and down making me quite uncomfortable. At the end of the interview she said "I'm assuming you can find your way to the door." That was enough to not make me want the job anyways, but they didn't even have the courtesy and professionalism about them to reach out and let me know. The funniest part is that just a few days later I got a message from another lady at the store saying that she saw my resume, thought I sounded like a great fit, and wanted to schedule an interview. Loved the store before, but after seeing the kind of people running it, I plan to shop elsewhere. Very disappointed.

Very sincerely friendly..... all the staff. Didn't feel any judgements even though I'm a cool vintage lady. Excellent selection.
