It took two weeks to receive my delivery that was only supposed to take one. The box had obviously been impaled by a fork lift. And of course, the contents were damaged.

Absolutely terrible service. Do not use this company if you are shipping anything valuable or expect the delivery person to read the merchant's instructions or just use common sense. Merchant had to refund my entire shipping fee which was several hundred dollars. Left the item unsecured on a public easement, not even on my property.

I had an excellent delivery service from the Estes team. They were upfront about issues that occurred prior to me receiving my order, gave me instructions on how to report any issues as necessary (hard to tell what might happen with 3 pallets of tile), and provided clear communication regarding the delivery date and time.

Very poor service!
Despite a text message and a phone call from the dispatch facility letting us know delivery would be on a particular day, the shipment arrived one day early. Since we were not expecting the delivery for another day, we were not present at the time of delivery to inspect the item. Fortunately the glass item inside was still in tact despite considerable damage to the packaging which was clearly marked as fragile / glass. The shipping documents were even stuffed into one of the gouges in the box.
