My experience with Heartland Title has been utterly frustrating and unacceptable. Despite assurances from the owner, TJ, that my home warranty activation process would be handled efficiently, it was anything but. TJ neglected his responsibilities, failing to ensure that the check was mailed to my home warranty company and confirming its clearance. Consequently, my first claim was denied, leaving me to deal with the repercussions of his incompetence. What's more disappointing is TJ's complete lack of accountability and assistance in resolving the issue. He has shown no willingness to accept responsibility for his actions, leaving me stranded in a situation that could have easily been avoided had he fulfilled his obligations. Given this experience, I strongly advise against using Heartland for any home closings. TJ's lack of professionalism and disregard for his duties make it clear that this company cannot be trusted. Save yourself the headache and seek out a more competent and responsible title company elsewhere.
