        This location has not been able to staff here in YEARS! DO NOT GO THERE! I would pay more to go somewhere else. I made an appointment on Wednesday for Saturday. I was told they didnt approve it because they were busy on Friday but I was lucky and they will squeeze me in. Terrible location

        The team on 21st st took extra time to get my alignment right, where other shops gave up and told me I need to pay for new parts. Really appreciate the hard and dedicated work they did!

        They where able to squeeze me in over a weekend when my car had thrown an oil check code. Turns out I didn't need one as the oil was fine. (Newer car so wasn't prevy to these things lol use to old cars) was super nice and also explained how carvanas "coupons" actually work. And to be honest they aren't worth it. Was very kind sweet and understanding. Younger gentleman for the 21st and Fairlawn store. Highly recommend that location as the other was not great at time management or appointments
