The Department for Children and Families have nothing to offer family's but bad service. The employees have 3 teams and rotate working 1 week every 3 weeks. They say that they work from home answering calls but that's hardly the case people stay on the phone for hours and than the call hangs up. The tax paying citizens should demand that these workers work in office. It's a waste of tax payers money, plus long lines in the actual office clients waiting for service for up to 6 hours.

I have tried to get in contact with this office regarding mail that does not belong to this address.. I returned the mail and explained that it does not belong to me. I have been hung up on and when speaking with someone, she was rushed to transfer. All I wanted is for the parent to receive their mail at the appropriate address.

Definitely need a better phone service! Or more employees because waiting on hold for over 2 hours is ridiculous.

Wont answer the call, got put on hold twice, over a 4 hour phone call with a hold of still atleast another hour, I wouldnt ever be on the phone with them again
