I would suggest that if Special Order items are ordered and not returnable, it should be stated clearly on the invoice. Also, the product in question was ordered by picking and choosing options from the vendors website. No special instructions or measurements outside of the vendor's product was chosen. Midway did pick up the item for return so the vendor would pick it up where they delivered it to originally and I appreciate that but it was communication between myself and the vendor that processed the return and I was told by the vendor that a full refund was issued. I did ask for a breakdown of the return expenses, but only received a printout with one total dollar amount so I am not sure what was deducted from the original amount spent. I have never had to do this but I have to change my 5-star review to a 1-star review. Spent over $50,000 in materials for a new house build and had 5-star service until my salesman retired. I was still working on a refund for a returned item and had a difficult time getting a straight answer on the refund amount. Paid $4,300 but was returned $2,800 so needless to say, I am very disappointed that I was shorted this amount after spending what I did. Plus it took over 4 months to actually get my funds returned to me so be cautious when doing business with Midway Wholesale.
