Interactions with Kris, the owner, were unprofessional and rude. He told me he was booked up for the week and never responded beyond that. That's fine, there's plenty of better plumbers in the area.

The man on the phone seemed nice enough, I suppose. Our pipes had busted along with most of the rest of is in Topeka, I called to see about scheduling an appointment, said "nothing today." I asked if he could tell me when so we could get an appointment set, "I wouldn't know without looking." ..... I sat there in silence for a few awkward moments before I said ok. He then asked if there was "anything else I could help you with" .... Really? Doesn't seem interested in getting more business and if he was fully booked, he had a less than professional way of informing me of that. I still don't know when his next available opening is.
