As I explained previously, I actually had texted (which is how we had been communicating) that morning at 6am when we opened, and again that same afternoon to follow up. We were not just "short-staffed" so please do not make light of the situation. Our Customer Care specialist, who attends the front desk, had to evacuate her home because of a neighbors pasture fire getting out of control and reaching her residence. We are a small business and can't (and won't) leave our lobby unattended to pick up others' pets. We are sorry for the inconvenience and for the missed chance for communication. Unfortunately things happen that are unexpected sometimes. I'm sure you can relate.Also, since you asked if we would take a post-dated check if we booked for a later date -- after being "stood up" -- I don't believe the "no show" is truly the reason for your negative review or largely inappropriate text messages, but rather that you are upset that we are unable to provide services without proper payment. We wish you the best of luck elsewhere.
