I went and bought a gun took it home and cleaned it and the cover would not go back on and when I called them and took it back within 2 hours of leaving he said I can hit it with a mallet to go in its an ak dust cover it shouldnt be like that then they told me to call the manufacturer and email them and have them fix it I just walked out the store why should I email a Romain company when they I just bought it never even chambered a round they must of knew it didnt work or they didnt check when I call up the manufacture they said it sound like Im not installing it properly when I take it to the store they say its the manufacture problem I spend $1000 to get the run around not professional at all

We regret you have had complications with your Micro Draco. We absolutely want to help you resolve your problem. When you called informing us of the problem you were having with your dust cover, we asked you to bring the firearm back to the store. When you did, we were able to reinstall the dust cover for you. At that time, we suggested if you had any further problems placing the dust cover back on, you might use a soft mallet to tap it into place; and, that if you continued to have problems with the dust cover to contact Century Arms, since it is a brand new firearm, and is covered by their warranty; and, to keep us apprised of your efforts. It appears, there was some miscommunication as to whom you should have contacted. Based on what you wrote you were attempting to contact the actual manufacturer Romarm/Cugir, and not Century Arms. We want to ensure your issue is properly resolved. If you would please contact us, we will help you resolve your issue. Our goal is to insure our customers satisfaction.
