        I was in LensCrafters about a month or two ago, needing to obtain some records of past purchases. Not only did Misty find exactly what I needed but she also provided me with some additional information that may be beneficial to me. She has always been such a a great help!!

        I guess making a dollar is better than keeping a customer. They sold me on some progressive glasses, probably because they are more expensive. They said the bottom 1/4 is for reading and the top 3/4 are for distance. I had to wait a couple of weeks for them. What they don't tell you is you have to be looking straight ahead to be in focus so when I got them I hated them so I wanted to exchange them for just plain readers. They told me I had to try them out for a couple of weeks before they would do anything. So finally took them back and again I had to wait a couple of weeks for them and when I got them I noticed they seemed to strong so I took them back again after trying them out and then they said they couldn't help me because I was 5 days over the time limit. They were the ones that made me try something out that I told them wasn't working and also making me wait to get them. Now they say I can use this years insurance claim to get something else. They also lied to the resolution team because they said I had a total of 3 pairs. CRAZY how these places operate. The Dr side was great and I feel sorry for her because the sales side is going to hurt her buisness in the future.

        Stephanie and Alex were both amazing! I broke my glasses and on a Friday night and they were able to get my lenses swapped into a new frame first thing Saturday. Stephanie even worked with me to come in and still get the discount the following week to get new lenses for that frame! Thank you so much!!
