Customer service at this office non existent. If I made an appointment. For any other service and was kept waiting for an hour and a half beyond my appointment, I would walk out and NEVER give a dollar to the business. The doctors in this office (ie: doctors Stiles and Penzler routinely keep their customers  waiting excessively and the office staff acts like you are crazy to expect your appt time to be kept. Either their  staff over books not allowing enough time for each patient, or the doctors themselves are disorganized. Either way unacceptable. If you have another choice, take it. Doctors time is NOT more valuable than yours.
