I was trying to call and get some paperwork emailed to me about my dog and her emotional support information so I can bring her to my new apartment. ( Im signing at 1:00, its 11:30) They picked up the phone after 10 calls with attitude saying what do you need. I told them I would like some info emailed. And they responded with the guy who usually does the emails is about to leave. Hung up on me. Called me back. And told me to call back tomorrow because he had just left. It could have taken 5 minutes to send me an email. But instead they potentially ruined my chances of moving my dog in with me. Now I may have to give her away because she cant come live with me.

There were charts piled high on the reception desk exposing patients names which is a HIPPA violation. I informed the person that this was a violation and demanded my paperwork be returned as well as a copay. I left immediately and didn't go to the appointment. The place was dirty and looked unprofessional.
