Just spoke with sherry trying to get an appointment this has been our dr office for six years and she is saying they are too busy we have to go to urgent care for a covid or strep test is this normal those places cost a fortune

I have been getting treated here for 3 years. Today I had to deal with a nurse practitioner named Katie who was very rude. She just wanted to rush me out of the office. I know that not all the providers here are like this but she had such a bad attitude and was not willing to listen to anything I said. The experience has turned me away from this family practice and I am now looking for a new provider. Health providers deal with people for a living, even if you have issues at home or if your are in a bad mood as a provider you have to set all that aside and be a professional.

Terrible service, they give false results, they lie to you with the analysis results, they call you with a diagnosis and when they make an appointment they say that they don't know anything, this clinic plays with the patients' health. I don't recommend it.
