Sent me wrong lab paperwork as I sit and wait at Quest!! Someone needs to do their job!! Doctors are great but whoever shuffles the paperwork needs to start doing their job better!!!

I went to the Mulvane location & it was very busy even though I was there at opening time. I have been diagnosed by a St Francis DR for shingles & wanted to be seen again because rash was so painful & aggressive. I was told the DRs were all busy would I consent to a RN. The woman who saw me doubted I had herpes zoster she remarked.I told her yes they had done a culture before getting a script. She said she would call in a few more of pain medicine I was prescribed.She did not do this & I found out she was not a RN at all. her title was a PA. She contradicted everything the original REAL internal medicine DR had told me about shingles.This was the single worst care given & I called the clinic afterwards & told them so. Why the deception ? I guess because I would never have agreed to see unknowledgeable assistant.

My cousin went a week ago and was told she had a sinus infection. Its flu season, one of the first things that shouldve been done was a nose swab. That did not happen. All the doctor did was look at her and say it was a sinus infection and to take over the counter medicine. Here we are a week later and shes still miserable. She went back to the doctor at a different location and urgent care company and they swabbed her, like they should. Come to find out she has the flu. There is no way well ever be returning to tallgrass.
