Very polite & always on prompt! Extremely considerate of their customers time. We haven't had any issues with them, so maybe the employees who earned those negative reviews from three years ago, might not even work for them anymore. We are really pleased with their work & we will continue to use their services.

Terrible, terrible service and company. After several years under their "care" our lawn looks horrible. They were supposed to maintain our sprinkler system and failed to notice that two areas were not working at all, then neglected to take care of the problem. Their customer service is very poor and communication is abysmal. They have the lowest prices in town - now I know why!

Unless you want to waste your time and money, DO NOT hire Wolfe's Landscape & Irrigation. My husband and I paid a substantial down payment for a retaining wall and patio pavers in February. They did not start the project until May. The owner, Jason Keller, cited the weather as the reason why they were unable to start sooner. Jason informed us the job would take 2 weeks depending on the weather. After "working" on the wall for 4 months, not only is the wall not finished, the steps of the stairs are not wide enough for ones foot to land on and they failed to level the ground and construct a wall with structural integrity. After numerous emails, phone calls, and meetings with Jason, he never once acknowledged 1 single concern we brought to his attention. The majority of the time there was only 1 gentleman who worked this project. I'm no landscaper, but this was clearly not a 1 man job. Upon our return from vacation we returned home to a freezer full of rotten locally raised beef and pork. They tripped the breaker to our garage while using their powered tools and never reset it. $2000 worth of meat gone that had only been in the freezer for less than a month. When I brought it to Jason's attention his response was, "well I don't know how that could be. I have the invoice for the gas saw." Well Jason, perhaps if you were actually plugged into the job you were paid to complete you would know that your 1 employee you had working the job was not using the gas saw. For some odd reason we never saw that guy anymore after that incident. As if it couldn't get any worse, they broke our daughter's play set. After 4 months of dishonesty and incompetence we decided to cut our ties with them and utilize another company. Unless you want to get ripped off and lied to DO NOT HIRE this circus act.
