        I sold a new GMC Sierra pickup to a couple that is insured with Allstate. The customer didn't have a current insurance card for verification. I called Brian Green's office and spoke with Madeleine. She was so pleasant to talk to, and she took the information and said she would reach out to the customer to obtain authorization to email me a current proof of insurance. Within a few hours, I had a response from Madeleine with the proof that I needed. It's refreshing to receive customer service like that.
