Julie Fischer - State Farm Insurance Agent

After completion of our home we met with Brett to re-evaluate our coverage. He was very knowledgeable and all the changes were completed accurately. It was our first time in Julies office on Gage and it is very nice. Then one day recently I was taking a handicapped friend to the doctor and she had an emergency. Julies office was close so we stopped and asked if she could use the restroom. They said of course, and even helped my friend in and out of the car. Thank you Julie and staff for being there. You are appreciated!

Julie and her team are extremely knowledgeable, timely and friendly. They go above and beyond to answer my questions and I feel secure knowing that all aspects of my life are insured with them!

Unresponsive, unreliable, over priced scam. Ive been through 3 agent changes in less than 3 years. I was left stranded in a dangerous area for 4 hours by roadside assistance, ended up having to call family to come help as the tow never showed. Was told by my agent to call my own tow truck next time and they wold reimburse me, not exactly roadside assistance... When we worked on our house I called to report the changes and couldn't get a call back and eventually gave up. My rates have gone up nearly 20$/ mo in under three years with the company, with no warning or explanation. After getting fed up with the high rates of car insurance I called to be dropped down to liability only and low and behold the bill came this month and they didn't do what they said. I am switching companies asap, and do not recommend State Farm to anyone.

Julie's office has been most efficient in answering all of the questions my family had about our policy and billing. She went our of her way to make sure we were everything was taken care of.

Thanks to Julie and her team for referring me to their team mate in Oklahoma. Made my out of state move easier knowing I had renters insurance coverage with no lapse in service. :)
