        Roger hood with American Family and his staff are very friendly I don't go in there often but when I do they know who I am and make me feel right at home .

        I was with roger hood for over 15 years with no problems but prices went up and service went down. Thought I was getting the best coverage and prices till I shopped around and cut my payment by a third for better coverage.
