For some reason your website is not accessible to my Chromebook or Android devices. Only on occasion and for no apparent reason I'm able to easily login to my account. Not consistent in way it is being handled. I liked Aetna's site better.

This place is a scam. Just received a bill for insurance I never signed up for. When I called the number on the bill they said that they could not help me that it was medical alert number. What is a medical alert telephone number doing on a bill. That is the only number on the bill. Going to report them to authorities

Poor customer service and follow through. I called May 22 after finding out my mother was still paying monthly automatically on a policy for my stepfather who passed away over 3 years ago. They told me paperwork would be sent out by end of the week. I called June 2nd and was told paperwork was sent out. I called June 6 and was told they just mailed it to the correct address. I called today, June 15 and was told call US Mail if I'm not happy with mail service. I was then told to call back next Thursday if I still have not received it yet. The supervisor, Patricia, absolutely didn't care and was no help at all. Update: I called back on June 22nd since I have not received anything in the mail. Someone named Trevor said he would email me the form on Friday. I did receive the email on Friday. Now let's see how they handle the claim. Update 06-28-2023 I still have not received anything in the mail. I mailed the claim today by certified mail.
