The staff did an excellent job with the resources available to them. Despite being a Friday evening, the restaurant wasnt open. Wed driven 12 hours that day so were looking forward to not driving anymore. But the staff said we could have food delivered and eat it at the restaurant/bar seating.
Also, the conditioning shampoo seemed to be the same thing as the body wash and lotion soap. I called the front desk and was told that they had recently changed up their hygiene products but there was still some conditioner in a back room. He got me the old conditioner and it worked amazingly! Whoever decided that a hotel doesnt need to offer conditioner obviously has never had long hair. Ive never run into this problem before even at lesser hotels.

I was terrified because of some of the reviews that I'd read, but my reservation was non-refundable. So, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel from the moment I walked in. It is a beautiful hotel with a great atmosphere and a grand entrance. Our room was clean, spacious, and even on a weekend night in a room near the bar, it was quiet. The decor is a bit dated, but not horribly. The bathroom was large, and everything worked as it should. I paid less than $85 a night for a king-size bed, which was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. The staff that helped us check in were friendly and courteous. I really enjoyed my stay.
