        We use American home shield and they dispatched out this company to our home over 6 weeks ago. We were told they would be back with a part but they never came. My husband called them multiple times and finally had someone tell us that they would be out this past week to replace the part. Nobody ever showed up or called. So 6 weeks with a broken AC because of this companys truly unprofessional business. I am awaiting a call back from American home shield and hope that they discontinue services with this unreliable company. Service: A/C system maintenance

        Had a home warranty, and they sent HD services out to fix my Air conditioning. Seven HD visits later, and a summer and a half without a properly working air conditioner, and it still isn't working correctly. I had it inspected by another company, and they said the components were very sloppily installed.
