The heaviest dumbbells I used to use were 8 lbs. I hated pushups and ran constantly, but never saw results. After a year and a half at Lionheart, Ive realized so much practical strength and endurance. Im proud of myself and feel comfortable in my skin. I recommend Lionheart for everyone, no matter where you're starting.

Incredibly welcoming atmosphere, everyone is friendly and supportive. All staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Best gym in Topeka!

Lionheart is an over the top place to become fit physically and mentally. Workouts are individualized, there is a true sense of community, and the coaches truly want to help you succeed and reach your goals. Everyone needs this.
