Do not Fund this Agency. The Governors name is on their Paperwork. When Politics are involved then we have financial Corruption. Investigate! I had my Sister 6 years solid after getting her out of a nursing home that left a 2 inch hole in her leg? They do not like it when you get someone out because they dont get the money . They fraudulently profess all of these things, yet in six years they did nothing to help me with my Sister? After third year of her care we were paying Copayments on all her medications? They said she did not qualify for Frail Elderly Waiver. Retaliation because I got her out of nursing home. Made hundreds of Complaints!! They do nothing. My sister was born 70 years ago legally blind and deaf? She should have always Qualified but literally to think a State Agency who professes to care for their people? I had to get my sister out of Clearwater Nursing home again because they were not giving her medications? I released her 4-22-22 to another home as I had Caregiver Burnout! This is unbelievable they play with peoples lives? Im surprised Im still alive? I could have dropped dead Caregiving and no one helped us. Do not fund. Ive written Governor Laura Kelley about my Situation and she could do Nothing? Ive filed a complaint with Attorney General Derek Schmidts office and he has forwarded my complaint to Kansas Department on Aging but I am aware they do this within the State offices!! I also contacted an ombudsman never contacted by one so I am sure there is no ombudsman.
