They have been told multiple times that my step father does not live at my mothers address nor was he given permission to use it. They still will not stop sending his unpaid bills to two people who are in no way responsible for them.

They have still yet to check email from lieap and turn my gas back on and lieap sent the email Thursday afternoon and here it is Monday morning

Been trying to contact Kyra since her callback last friday! As you see in the video. I get call back with just a beeping sounds back to back at 6:15 pm. Ive been waiting for hours! After being assured i wasnt going to fall through the cracks! I now get a call telling me im being disconnected! While knowing i am elderly and terminally ill! Reaching out because my bill was over 400$ for one month!! More than double EVER IN LAST 4 years here!! Dont shower or do launder or wash dishes but once a week. Yet now they are going to cut it off instead of helping! This is the level that elderly and sick are treated in Kansas. Next call will be to governor Laura Kelly
