Very dissatisfied. Price changed 3x. I am still finding staples in my carpet on stairs weeks later. Installer was hour late because of lack of supplies at pickup. Installer rather talked consistently about nothing and not trying to complete job. Found several issues with carpet next to hardwood. Left tool outside and never returned to pick it up. Had to deliver it back to store. Liked the carpet only. Will not return.

The west Wichita Floor Project customer service is beyond amazing! Kristi is the sweetest person to work with! She is very knowledgeable and goes over the top to get you what you need, when you need it! I had a very large project that I needed done before the holidays, and she made it happen! She is with you from the beginning and follows through to the very end! If you happen to run into any problemsshe is right there to fix it! Highly recommend Kristi at The Floor Project! Their products are amazing! My floors look beautiful!

The flooring product that was recommended to me by staff is great and Im very happy with it. Likewise The service from the flooring project staff was absolutely outstanding. That being said, I must warn anybody who is reading this to be careful about the installers. The installers were the only ones in my house during the week they were installing the flooring. I moved my family out for the week so that they would have an empty house to work in. When I came back, I found that two brand new 20 V five amp DeWalt batteries and a double bat charger that I had just purchased had disappeared from the garage as well as a brand new $40 tape measure. Additionally, they had cut through my Internet line with AT&T resulting in an expensive bill from AT&T to come out troubleshoot and finally find the problem. They had actually severed the line, then straightened the line out into a point and threaded it back down into the hole about a foot. What compounded this insult was the fact that I gave both of the installers a $50 bill as my way of saying thank you for their work that week. Very bad experience with the installers.
