        Craig was my CFP for years, and was good during the wealth accumulation phase, but not very good with advice and timely actions required with the payout/retirement/tax planning phase. He changed his company affiliation several times during my time with him, and stopped returning calls and emails with his latest change from Voya to Prudential. Felt he lost sight of my best interest- He was not timely or reliable in the follow up, once the wealth accumulation part for both of us had passed, which possibly had a negative impact on my finances. I suggest you look elsewhere, if you're looking for a Financial Planner who has the knowledge and experience to see you through the whole retirement process, including both accumulation and payout.
