What a terrible business man. We had Mr. Neil come out and give us an estimate and agreed to that estimate the next day. He told us it would be 3 to 3 1/2 weeks until he could get to us and we were fine with that. At week three we started calling and texting to see when he might come out, at 3 1/2 weeks he still hadnt come out hadnt heard from him. We left voicemail to let him know that we really needed the service done as soon as he could and we got one text message reply that said he would come at the end of the week. This was at least four or five weeks from when we first agreed. Then he GHOSTED us didnt show up didnt call hasnt called hasnt text nothing. Absolutely no communication. If he doesnt want to do the job, I wish you would just call and tell us, if hes late, I wish you would tell us, or if he still tends to come out. So now weve waited six weeks and have to get on someone elses waiting list. My husband missed a huge vacation to go see our grandchildren because he said he would be there at the end of that week. Never showed never called never text. Just a horrible experience with this company. This has been the most frustrating exhausting, and an excusable experience.

ONeill Excavating helped solve the drainage issue in my back yard. After a heavy Kansas rain, my yard would be flooded and mushy for days. ONeill Excavating fixed the problem and now the water drains away from the house. No more flooded garden shed for me! And while they were at it, they helped make my dream patio. And all in one Saturday! Super service with friendly, helpful staff. Love this small local business!

Dont know much.. will use machines half the size they need to so that the job can take twice as long and they can charge you twice as much money

Had rock delivered & driveway gravel spread. The driver was gaining experience and she did a good job for us.
