I have left numerous messages and emails with no returns on any of them. I am trying to get a copy of a Para exam that I did 2 years ago and was told to contact you all. Is there a magical way of actually getting someone to return phone calls or emails?

The people are helpful, emails answered promptly. But someone on the board needs to wake up to this teacher shortage; allow teachers with past certification to get it more easily again (like $60 and a handshake.) Honestly, am I a better teacher at 52 than I was at 22 with this piece of paper? The content tests are great to prove competency, but the PLT is a waste of money and needs to go. Ask your local high school teacher when the last time they used Piaget was.
