I came in there earlier today to see about getting an issue resolved. Yara Edwards-Jenkins was excellent and extremely helpful. I really appreciate her taking the time out and helping me. She is the best!!!

Yara she helped me set up an account. She is a people person which is a great attribute. I will always request her when doing business with envista! She has a beautiful smile too

I've worked at 3 different banks. Walking in today,i noticed 3 tellers behind the window and not one of them so much as greeted me when arriving.
I stood there in amazement,being the only person in line,that after 3-4 minutes passed,none of them even bothered to also say they'd be with me shortly.
When I finally was greeted,requesting to speak to a loan officer on a discrepancy I was dealing with, was a waste of time . The loan officer provided no solutions. No answers. No nothing.
..I wonder if she was even aware I could hear everything that was said about me when on the phone with the person she was speaking with.
Professionalism lacks at this location. And it's a shame considering all the other locations are quite the opposite.
I will never go back .
