This is the worse place on the planet . Very prejudice people with a dark soul!! I was checking on my son for two days and they havent booked him or allowed him to make any calls. Wicked reprobates that are going to loose in the end. Time is winding down your judgement is coming sooner than you think,. I wouldnt pass through this zombie state for a million dollars!!! While the government is allowing so many immigrants here , change these laws how they handle things in the prison system. Racism is a sickness and it need to be put to a stop forever!!!!!!!!

0/5. Absolute garbage facility. I called regarding questions about my mother's incarceration and I was promptly hung up on within 35 seconds by a "woman" named Heather (I would refer to her as a invertebrate). I then called back to talked to a manager (Vickie). This "lady" was utterly disgusting; I would have rather been hung up on than listen to the attitude that this hag gave me. I told her about Heather ending the call abruptly, and nasty Vickie replied "ok, what do you want?". Absolutely disgusting people. If you are that upset with your job, why do you work there? Because you are unqualified for anything else besides being a Wal Mart manager?

The staff is rude and always communicates the official line which does not correspond with reality. Two times of many times that I called I thought someone was listening. Both resulted in the facility retaliating against my husband. I have no respect left for the KDOC. I lost all respect and hope.
