I can't express how impressed I was with the group at Luxury. We had been looking into getting a newer traverse and saw they had one in stock. Being a new dealership, I was skeptical, but I reached out, and I'm glad I did. I spoke with Omar over the phone, as we live 3.5 hours away, and he was more than willing to answer any questions I had about the car. It was Friday, the 22nd of December, right before everyone was taking off for the holiday. Due to our situation, we couldn't make it to topeka until almost 8 that night. Omar and his manager "Memo" kindly came back to work just for us to look at the car! The car had a few minor flaws, and with no questions asked, they were more than willing to fix every one of them. Both guys were pleasant to talk with and only wanted to accommodate us. They weren't just there for the sale as most salesmen are. Even after the sale, they have stayed in touch and been very willing to answer any questions we have. I can't recommend them enough! If you're looking for an unbeatable deal on a new vehicle, check them out. You won't be disappointed!
