ive called over a dozen times trying to set up an appointment. It says their open M-F 9am -8 pm, other information says you're open Tuesday-Friday 9am-4pm, closed sunday and mondays. no answer, but
I was able to set an appointment online. which was easy,& and quick. I was given a confirmation, I'll update, come Thursday.

Honestly this place has lost some professionalism since the last few years going to get a cut. Used to get my hair cut here for my military drill weekends all the time. But after taking multiple different trips over the years they usually end the same. Rushed or incomplete cuts, not paying close attention due to peers constantly talking in their ear, be it about lunch break or random talk throughout the entire cut. I get that at a barber shop, but y'all need to focus on the work. Hours are all over the place, and never true to site or app. Majority of the time theyre closed when it shows on the site and app open hours. Booking is a joke too because youll get there and its closed.

I just received my first head and face shave from the Midwest Barber College. The students are professional, courteous, and the facility is clean. The hot towel treatment and straight razor shave were great. Will used quality products such as lemongrass oil on the towels and made the experience wonderful.
Will was my barber today, he only has 60 days left. Get in and see him before he graduates. I will be going back in the future.
