Opened a business account here, spent 4 or 5 days trying to get the account set up and get money deposited. Nothing was getting done, turns out they had closed the account right after I had opened it. Very poor communication, none of the tellers were very helpful at all, I had to repeatedly reach out and ask the same questions over and over, no one ever seemed to have any answers for me. I'll be using Envista for my future business needs.

My wife got a car loan through this company. It has been nothing but harassment over minor insurance issues, that were not true. Our insurance company has told us that what they are complaining about is a joke, because the things they are asking for have been hand delivered to them multiple times. But still azura tries to keep charging us $125 for their insurance. I would highly suggest to never take a car loan from this company unless you enjoy being harassed and wasting your own gas to deliver the same documents over and over.

They converting all their drive thrus to self serve machines which means I gotta stand in line FOREVER just to get a cashiers check for rent. As someone who has back n hip issues, standing in line for long periods of time is more than just an annoyance. I will be switching banks!
