        Website is Crunk can't do online cancel lost or stolen card or deposit checks online

        They have an issue with their personal banking. If any purchases or bills come from a square payment it DOUBLE CHARGES YOU. They have had this system issue for a long time and refuse to fix it. Meaning you have to wait if charged on a Friday for 2 to 3 business days to receive your funds. Corefirst needs to fix this issue.

        Mobile check deposits and the employees are useless. I tried depositing a check but the system was being weird so I called to make sure it was processing and they told me they couldnt see it but they were sure it was there. Fast forward to yesterday and the check didnt deposit and I needed that money in my account. This isnt the first time your systems have been lacking and Im sure it wont be the last. You clearly dont care about me or your other customers which is why I will not be banking will CoreFirst anymore.
